Christy Sides (Sides) Mitchell

Christy Sides Mitchell, daughter of Judy Welch Eaton and Nickie Sides was born July 14, 1973 in Houston Texas

Christy graduated from Belmont High School and after graduation went on to continue her education to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Christy worked at Tishomingo Manor in Iuka, Then went to work at Tishomingo County Health Department, where she remained for 14 years. Christy also worked a part-time job at Tishomingo Community Living Center.

She confessed her hope in Christ at a young age and was a faithful member of Jones Chapel C.M.E Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Willie Mitchell and her grandparents, Avis and Vondeen Pruitt and Irene and Lester Rogers. 

Christy leaves to cherish her memory to her mother, Judy Eaton and her Father, Nickie Sides; her four children: Carley Sides, Cody Sides, Cameron Sides, and Corey Sides, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
