JUAN Marchell McGee was born on Mother's Day, May 14, 1967 to Oscar Lee McGee and the late Lebora Williams McGee. During his teenage years, Juan joined Wolf Creek Missionary Baptist Church and later served as Chairman of the Deacon Board until his death.
From early childhood, Juan was a farmer at heart and grew up learning the value of hard work and the true meaning of family. These skills that he acquired prepared him for the life that he lived. Juan was kind, generous, loyal, respectful, and faithful. He was never seen without his bright smile, and he was always willing to help those in need.
Juan retired from the Mississippi Department of Transportation after 32 years of service. After his retirement, he worked for Wal Mart as an overnight stockman. Even with his employment, he was still the family and community "handy man" and continued to help those in need.
Juan was preceded in death by his mother, Lebora Williams McGee and his son, Dustin McGee.
Juan leaves to cherish his memories and mourn his passing: his son: Marshal McGee and daughter: Mckinsey Roberts (Austin): his father: Oscar Lee McGee: two sisters: Lisa (Larry) Goodine and Colette Gardner; his granddaughter: Adalia and those special to his heart- Chaz Sorrell, Jonese Woodard, and Leeza Woodard. He also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
