Michael Deon Mitchell

Michael Deon Mitchell born in Iuka, MS, to the late Edna Renay Mitchell and Michael Kirk. Michael departed this life on Sunday, March 31, 2024.

Michael was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Tishomingo High School. Michael loved eating, playing football in high school, and had a comedian personality. 

He once worked for Kimberly-Clark and Catapillar as a machine operator and varies other jobs through his life. 

Michael is preceded in death by his mother Edna Renay Mitchell. 

He leaves to cherish his memories two grandmothers: Minnie Ruth Mitchell of Iuka, MS, and May Sue Kirk of Selmer, TN; father Michael (Kristie) Kirk of Selmer, TN; three brothers: Jeremy Kirk of Henderson, TN, Tyler Wilson of Savannah TN, and Chauncey (Bri) Elders of Murfreesboro, TN; one sister Destiny Webber of Riverdale, GA, and a host of other family and friends.
